Just returned from the island of Hawaii, which is also known as The Big Island. There is such a variety of landscapes on Hawaii. The Hilo side of the island is tropical, whereas the Kona side is arid, and where the two meet there is in between.
I'm just beginning to sort through the photos but over the next few weeks, will give you quite a few that hopefully you can use in your artwork.

There are no restrictions except for the following.

1. You may not claim the original as your own piece. Substantial changes must be made to the piece in order for it to qualify as a manip. It will be left to our discretion as to if that standard has been met. A color change, or filter change or the adding of only clouds or sky does not constitute a change. You may not post in photography or stock sections.


2. You may NOT make stock from our stock [this includes the making of pre-made backgrounds] unless you have received our written permission after Jan 1, 2009. Any previous permissions are null and void.

3. Those of you who make CSS for the use of all deviants, may use whatever you like in the creation of the CSS Journals, I do not consider this stock use, but consider it a betterment for the dA community.


You do NOT need to notify me of stock use. We will not be manning this site as much as before. We will be adding new stock pieces, and that will be our time contribution to the stock account.

I have but one warning. I will not listen to complaints about how this is worded, nor be told that the wording isn't substantial enough to hold up, and that my side will not be taken should these few rules be violated. I will not hire an attorney to write my stock rules. IF that ever happens again, the stock account will be removed.
